Pounds

Have you ever wondered why we spend a year eating anything we want, then decide to go on a diet or just watch what we eat, then we wonder or expect to loose those unwanted pounds in the first week or two of dieting or watching what we eat? I sure have the past three weeks. I decided I wanted to have my clothes fit looser so I decided to not eat anything between meals. Wal-la nothing happened for three weeks. Three weeks, 2 and a half lbs finally came off. I wanted it all off because I was so good and stuck with my goal of not eating between meals.

It is amazing how often I thought of food and eating between meals. It seemed like all the time. So far I have made the right choice by making the choice to not eat in between meals. I can do this. I eat what I want at Meals and can't hold anything over for later. So far it is great.

Well so much for what I think of at strange times or when we are driving long distances.

A very WISE woman (The Mom) once told me that you're okay as long as your boobs are bigger than your belly! LOL

I think it may be time to DIET!!!

What I think is not fair is I can gain a pound by eating one piece of chocolate cake but it takes forever to lose that pound. Now that is just not fair!!!

Good for you...I am sure you will reach your goal. ...you always look nice to me...I wish that I looked as good as you.

I am at David's house. Marla had a new baby boy last week. I am thrilled that I can be here helping. All 4 kids are precious. It will be hard to leave them.
