WERRIS CREEK

THIS MORNING WE WENT OUT TO VISIT SOME MEMBERS, NO ONE WAS HOME AS THEY WERE ALL OUT SHOPPING I GUESS AS IT IS THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. IT WAS RAINING LIKE CRAZY. IN AN HOUR OR TWO IT STOPPED. THE SKYS ARE AWSOME HERE HUGE BLUE AND BIG BIG WHITE CLOUDS ALL OVER.

THIS AFTERNOON WE DROVE OUT TO WERRIS CREEK A 45 MIN DRIVE FROM HERE. IT IS ALL COUNTRY. THE COUNTRY MAKES MY HEART HAPPY. WE VISITED 4 FAMILIES, THREE OF WHICH ARE NOT ACTIVE RIGHT NOW AT CHURCH. SISTER PEMBERTON IS AND A GREAT LADY SHE IS, SHE WOULD BE EVEN IF SHE WERE NOT ACTIVE. ALL WERE VERY NICE AND INVITED US TO STAY FOR DINNER. WE THANKED THEM FOR THE OFFER BUT DECLINED.

Good job on the posting mom!
I'm really excited about you sharing with us this way!
We will talk about pictures when you call. Hopefully we will be able to get it working.

Hello my dear Doneys,
I am so glad that you are doing better Dee. A blood clot can be a scary thing. I am glad that it was not as serious as it first seemed to be.
We have had rain here too but not as heavy as you have had. \
How was Christmas down under? I hope that you were not too homesick.

Keep posting. We send love to you both. Lura
